Role of Students in Independent India

The young men of today are the citizen of tomorrow. In course of time, they will they will take place of our present leaders and administrators. It is during the student life where the foundation is laid. 

In free India, duties and responsibilities of all Indians have been increased. But the students have to play a special part in all that. Their duties and responsibilities are higher than that of any other. Now they have to build a new nation.

The students of today have not realized fully the significance of this change. Their activities in the last few years have been undesirable and objectionable. 

We need to understand that what the country needs now is constructive work for overall development. We have to beat some very mighty nations of the world to become the superpower in 21st century. 

"No aim can be fulfilled and no goal can be achieved in life without being disciplined, physically and morally." 

Hence students of today will have to do hard and lead tomorrow's world.

CAN THE PRICE PAID BY OUR FREEDOM FIGHTERS BE REPAID ?

The freedom struggle of India is full of sacrifices. More than 7 lacks of our freedom fighters laid their lives as the cost of this freedom. We got freedom due to the great sacrifices of our martyrs. 

We live in independence, and this independence we have got due to our freedom fighters so it is our moral duty to respect the great ideals of freedom and follow them. 

But today's youth doesn't seem to be bothered for the same. The great ideals accomplished by our freedom fighters are left in ruins. People with meaningless ideals are becoming ideals of today's youth. The felling of sacrifice for nation tends to exist. 

We have the world's largest youth population of 63%. The most developed countries even including China will have their 50% population above 60's by 2016. We can bring about a change in the world and we will. 

But this can be done only if we respect he great ideals of freedom which can only be done if we give our best in all our fields. 

In what so ever field we are we must contribute our best and we will bring about a change in the world. Today the entire world is looking towards us with hope. 

 Where ever we go, who ever comes to our country looks towards us from hope. This proves that we have the caliber to win over the world. And if we have that then definitely
